Southern First Bank

This project consists of a 4,000 square foot build-out of Southern First Bank’s office space on the ground floor of the 309 East Paces Building in Buckhead, Atlanta. This space includes new private offices, conference rooms, common areas, as well as a galley kitchen/break area for staff. This project features high end finishes that create a luxurious feel while remaining open and inviting to clients. This renovation also includes the installation of custom metal storefronts that bring natural light in from the lobby and exterior of the building. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed throughout the space. This project was completed on time and under budget.
