Located on a 2.5-acre tract of land in the Chastain Commons area, CMC at TownPark is a 26,000 SF Class A professional office building. During the pre-construction stage of the project, SG Contracting was presented with the challenge to transform a virtually undevelopable piece of land into an efficient site with structural capabilities. The inclusion of a 20-foot retaining wall was proposed to the developer in an effort to maximize efficiency and create a site that would support the structural loads of an office building. SG Contracting also worked with the local TownPark development committee in adhering to the strict design and development regulations of the existing community.
