Georgia Tech Advanced Wood Products Lab Expansion

The Wood Products Lab Expansion project combined the addition of 7,000 SF of covered conditioned space and installation of a wet pipe fire protection system to the existing 24,000 SF building and the addition. The expansion scope included the 7,000 SF pre-engineered structure; extension of electrical, gas and water service; and installation of a new HVAC and building exhaust system. Work was performed while accommodating classroom and business functions of the existing facility.
