SG Contracting constructed three 3,400 SF buildings for Piedmont over a two year period. The space, designed by Stegenga + Partners, consisted of a family practice medical office facility. The practice consisted of six exam rooms, one procedure room, lab and one central nurse’s station. SG Contracting coordinated with the Owner’s vendors in an effort to ensure that all equipment and procedural requirements were in place to ensure a smooth transition and move for the practices’ office management. The facility included an additional 800 square feet for future exam rooms as well as design that allows for future exterior expansion.
