Woodward Academy Primary School

SG Contracting completed construction of the Primary School at Woodward Academy one month ahead of the scheduled completion date for the project. The complex consists of a 61,000 square foot building that houses classrooms, science labs, offices, a cafeteria, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, and recreational fields. In keeping with SG Contracting’s and Woodward Academy’s environmental consciousness, the building includes several Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) components, including geothermal wells, green roofs, and extensive windows to allow for daylight within the structure.
