Phase 1 of the Regenerative Orthopedics project is the start of a two‐phase construction plan. The first phase provided a tenant build-out that would serve as the day to day medical office for the general practitioner. The finished office boasted reception and waiting area, 18 exam rooms, a copper shielded MRI room, and lead lined x‐ray room.
