Phase 1 of the Northpark project is the start of a two-phase construction plan. The goal of the first plan was to provide a tenant build-out that would serve as the day to day medical office for the general practitioner. The space was built to the designed drawings and specifications.
The finished office boasted a welcoming reception and waiting area as well as 18 examination rooms. The space also features many highly specialty rooms; that included a copper shielded MRI room and lead lined x-ray room. Finally, the staff has access to administrative resources such as office space, break area, and conference room.
