This $331 million construction project serves as the headquarters hotel for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) and is poised to enhance Atlanta’s international presence.
With 42 stories and 976 spacious guest rooms overlooking Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Signia by Hilton Atlanta hotel houses more than 100,000-SF of flexible meeting space. The hotel is known to be,”… the city’s largest downtown ground-up hotel development project in 40 years.”
The 1.25M-SF Signia by Hilton Atlanta hotel sits on the northwest corner of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus.
