Metropolis Condominiums

Metropolis Condominium is a high-rise condominium located in Midtown. The Amenity Renovation at Metropolis consisted of a facelift to the building’s lobby, as well as the club space on the 7th floor, and pool deck at the 7th and 8th floor. SG provided high end finishes to the lobby including imported tile flooring, a custom millwork slat-wall, and luxury lighting fixtures. At the 7th floor, the club space underwent a complete renovation and received new millwork, LVT flooring, wall finishes, sinks, and lighting. The pool deck received a new Brazilian Ipe wood deck, lighting, and fire pits. The new fire pits required installation of supporting gas lines that were run from the parking deck below the building.
