Alston & Bird LLP Renovation

Alston Bird Reconciliation was a 16-floor renovation and consolidation of an existing law firm located in Midtown Atlanta. The tenant space was located in One Atlantic Center. The project was designed to achieve a LEED gold certification. The renovation was based on phases and all construction was coordinated with the current tenant to allow for their daily operation. The construction team worked night shifts and extended hours throughout the project to ensure that the project schedule was maintained. The renovation covered 13 floors of the building and it included both attorney’s offices and administrative staff offices. The highlights of the project were the 2 conference floors and dinning floor that over looked the Atlanta skyline.
