Electronic Billing
SG Contracting, Inc. utilizes GCPay, an online construction payment management platform, to simplify and streamline the payment process for our trade partners. Through GCPay, subcontractors can securely submit Applications for Payment (AFP), lien waivers, compliance documents, and change orders within one centralized system. Beginning August 1, 2026, GCPay will launch for new projects starting late summer to early fall 2026.
Our goal is to make the payment process more efficient, transparent, and secure for everyone involved. SG Contracting covers all costs associated with using GCPay, so there is no additional fee for our subcontractors.
How to Get Started?
- Register through the GCPay portal.
- Verify your account.
- Once added to an SG Contracting project, you’ll receive access to submit payment applications.
Already Using GCPay?
If your company already has a GCPay account with another general contractor, you don’t need to register again. SG Contracting will grant access to your assigned projects.
