Our team will review your company’s qualifications, including experience, financial capacity, safety performance, and other applicable requirements. Completion of the prequalification process does not guarantee project award or inclusion on a specific bid opportunity; however, it allows our team to evaluate your company for potential future opportunities.

WHAT TO EXPECT – As part of the prequalification process, trade partners may be asked to provide company information, safety history, financial information, insurance documentation, and relevant project experience. Additional information may be requested as part of SG Contracting’s review.
Billing with SG Contracting
SG Contracting utilizes GCPay, an online construction payment management platform, to simplify and streamline the payment process for our trade partners. Through GCPay, subcontractors can securely submit applications for payment, lien waivers, compliance documents, and change orders within one centralized system.
Our goal is to make the payment and associated document management process more efficient, transparent, and secure for everyone involved. SG Contracting covers all costs associated with using GCPay, therefore subcontractors pay no fee to use the platform.
Getting Started with GCPay
To begin using GCPay, please refer to the attached registration instructions, which include the link and steps needed to create your company’s account.
If your company already has an active GCPay account, there is no need to create a new account. Please continue using your existing company login and account information.
Once your company has been added to an SG Contracting project in GCPay, you will receive access to the project and can begin submitting payment applications and required billing documentation electronically through the platform.
