The renovation of Concourse T consisted of the buildout of 3 restaurants. The restaurants included Bojangles, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Jamba Juice. The project scope included demolition, millwork, drywall, hard tile, signage, MEPs, and installation of all owner furnished equipment. A grease trap and rooftop gas distribution system were installed to support the new restaurants.
