Pace Academy Weight Room Renovation

Work on the renovation of the Pace Academy Strength and Conditioning Center was completed on time and to budget with no adverse impact to campus operations. The project was a $125,000 GMP Renovation of 6,000 S.F. existing Strength and Conditioning Center including demolition, HVAC, electrical, glass & glazing, drywall, and finishes. Work also includes a gym renovation for remediation of Life Safety egress issues as well as loading dock reconfiguration. The project was completed while accommodating student usage and the owner’s schedule in an occupied environment.
