Pinnacle 200

Completed in July 2004, Pinnacle 200 is home to high-quality tenants such as Nanston Dental Group and Tri-County Pediatrics which were built concurrently with construction of the base building. The 30,000 square foot project was delivered on-time and under budget and consists of a steel frame and a brick and glass exterior facade. Located in Henry County, Pinnacle 200 marked one of the first and only Class “A” office building in this market.
