The Sigma Nu House at Georgia Tech is a 46-bed residence hall with a full-service kitchen, study hall, theatre room, and alumni exhibitory. This project required the complete demolition of the existing residency. In order to protect the adjacent Georgia Tech property, all existing retaining walls, hardscape, pool structure, and trees were maintained during construction.
